By downloading or using Bioluma ("the App"), you agree to these Terms.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own private, non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
The App and all of its content — including artwork, audio, code, and design — are owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, redistribute, or create derivative works from the App except as permitted by law.
Bioluma is a one-time paid app with no advertising and no in-app purchases. All payments and refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store Terms of Service; we do not process payments directly.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of defects.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
